About

Our Regulator

We are authorised and regulated under the provisions of the Legal Services Act 2007 by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC). The CLC is a regulatory body with the same authority and powers as the Solicitor Regulatory Authority, but only regulate the field of Conveyancing and Probate. This is why we chose them as our Regulator, as we feel they are better placed to understand the needs of both our firm and our clients.

Professional Body

The Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) is a global professional body, comprising lawyers, accountants, trustees and other practitioners that help families plan for their futures. They set and uphold high professional standards, training and education for their members.

STEP members are internationally recognised as experts in their field, with proven qualifications and experience. This is why we ensure all our advisers are members of STEP and we support them through the STEP education programme.

Pavilion Row was also one of the first STEP Employer Partners, whereby our training and development programme has been accredited by STEP.

Client Satisfaction

We always strive to provide the best service we can and encourage clients to call us if they are feeling dissatisfied. However, if for any reason you do wish to complain, please click here for details of our complaints procedure.
